Your earrings and your order

Can I buy directly from your website?
Yes. Choose your favourite earrings, add them to your bag and complete your purchase. You do not need to be a professional to shop with Miss Earrings.
What is the difference between piercing earrings and everyday earrings?
Piercing earrings are used to create a new ear piercing and come in an individual sterile cassette. Everyday earrings are for when your ears are already pierced and fully healed, and you simply want to change your earrings.
How do I choose the packaging for my earrings?
In your bag, you can choose earrings for a new piercing, in a sterile cassette, or for already-pierced ears, in a jewellery box.

What materials are the earrings made from?
Our collection includes stainless steel, 24K gold layered over stainless steel, and titanium. You will find the material for each design on its product page.
What backs do the earrings have? Can I use butterfly backs?
Our stud earrings have a flat safety back that covers the end of the post so it does not stick out. You can also use compatible butterfly backs. Hoop earrings have their own fastening system.
Is the price for one earring or a pair?
The price shown is always for a pair, in both our retail and professional catalogues.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the measurements in millimetres listed for each design: the photographs are enlarged to show the details. If you need help, email info@missearrings.com and we will help you choose.
How much is delivery, and when will my order arrive?
For retail orders, delivery costs €4.90 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and €10.90 to all the Canary Islands. The delivery charge for your order is shown once you enter your address, before you pay.

Can I return my earrings?

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us of your return, then a further 14 calendar days from that notification to send it back.

First-piercing earrings may be returned unopened, with their sterile seal intact and in perfect condition. Once that seal is opened, change-of-mind returns are not accepted because sterility can no longer be guaranteed.

You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos where possible: Miss Earrings covers the applicable costs. Your rights for faulty products are not limited to these 14 days.

Who can buy Miss Earrings wholesale?
Miss Earrings wholesale is exclusively for pharmacies, midwives, nurses and hospitals. We work with healthcare professionals and verify the details of each professional or organisation before starting a partnership.
Can I sell Miss Earrings in my supermarket or another shop?
No. We do not supply supermarkets or other retailers outside the healthcare sector. Our professional channel is exclusively for pharmacies, midwives, nurses and hospitals. To buy earrings for yourself or as a gift, visit our online collection.
I own a pharmacy, am a midwife or nurse, or represent a hospital. How can I work with Miss Earrings?
Email info@missearrings.com with your name, the name of your pharmacy, practice or hospital, your profession, town and a contact phone number. We will call you to get to know you and explain how to start working with Miss Earrings.
How does the piercing system work? Does it use a piercing gun?
Miss Earrings uses LIBRA PRO, a pressure-operated piercing system, without a spring-loaded piercing gun. The earring comes in an individual sterile cassette that a professional can use manually or with the LIBRA PRO applicator.
Do you offer training and ongoing support?
Yes. We offer free training and ongoing support throughout your professional journey with Miss Earrings. We help you get started and remain by your side to answer questions and support you whenever you need us.
